On Sunday, September 14, 2025, the Iranian Tobacco Control Society convened a specialized meeting at its headquarters to review its 10-Year Comprehensive Plan (Horizon 1414/2035).
According to the Society’s Public Relations Office, the session was attended by members of the Society, during which Dr. Nader Asgari, Technical Advisor to the Society, presented the main components of the strategic document. His presentation addressed key aspects including the vision, mission, overarching goals, statement of intent, subsidiary projects, strategies, and operational measures outlined in the plan.
Following the presentation, members engaged in an exchange of views and constructive discussion on the document. It was agreed that complementary proposals would be incorporated into the next stages to further enhance the comprehensiveness of the plan.
