Health Awareness Through Storytelling: District 6 Children Visit Nafas-e Pak Center

Tehran – The Nafas-e Pak (Clean Breath) Center, in partnership with the Health Department of Tehran’s District 6, hosted a two-day educational initiative on August 16–17. The program welcomed children and instructors from the Yousef-Abad and Keshavarz neighborhood centers, offering an engaging mix of entertainment and education focused on health awareness, self-care, and disease prevention.

Interactive Learning and Creative Expression

During the event, participants explored complex health concepts through a variety of age-appropriate, interactive methods. The children engaged with health topics through live performances, storytelling, animation screenings, and collaborative games.

A highlight of the program was the dedicated painting session, which allowed the children to creatively express their understanding of the health concepts presented. This activity not only fostered engagement but also provided insights into how the children interpreted the lessons shared during the session.

Beyond the Classroom

The presence of instructors alongside the children played a pivotal role in the program’s success. By actively participating in the learning process, the instructors helped reinforce the concepts, ensuring that the health lessons can be effectively integrated into the children’s school and home environments.

This initiative reinforces the Nafas-e Pak Center’s commitment to community-based health education, utilizing creative methodologies to instill lasting healthy habits in the younger generation.
