Dr. Mohammad Reza Masjadi, secretary-general of IATA, participated in the 13th general meeting of Global Alliance against Respiratory Diseases (GARD). This conference took place on October 25 – 27 in Beijing to introduce ways to raise respiratory health awareness among people, together with Ministry of Health to implement action plans on the prevention and control of CRDs.
Also during the event, representatives of Iran GARD reported their recent efforts to the participants.
GARD is a coalition of health professionals and activists around the world, working together to reduce the burden of respiratory diseases and create a world where all the people breathe freely.
